Blanchard Nephrology is a specialty medical practice serving adult patients. We are committed to providing the highest standard of medical care for our patients in all aspects of kidney disease, including but not limited to acute kidney injury, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, glomerulonephritis, end stage renal disease, pre-operative, and post-operative renal transplant managements. Our Physicians are Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology. The team at Blanchard Nephrology also includes highly trained, and experienced nurses, as well as, medical assistants with several decades of medical experience in the care of patients with kidney disease. To serve our patients, we offer an online patient portal to allow our patients to access their medical info, and provide resources to keep them informed on kidney disease.

Kendra Elchert, FNP-BC completed her Masters of Science in Nursing at American Sentinel College of Nursing and Health Sciences in Waterbury, Connecticut.
Tammy Murphy, CNP
Tammy Murphy graduated with her Masters in Nursing in 2008 from the University of Toledo and she received her Post Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner in 2011 from Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio.
