You can expect your initial consultation to take approximately 60 to 90 minutes. The Provider will provide you with a simplified yet thorough education of your medical condition and establish a customized medical plan. Please show up for your appointment 30 minutes early to use our medical electronic kiosk. Our highly trained staff will review your medical history, medications and other pertinent information that will be relevant in your medical care. To utilize our patient portal, click here.
