Tammy Murphy is a Certified Nurse Practitioner. She has been a Family Nurse Practitioner for more than a decade. She graduated with her Masters in Nursing in 2008 from the University of Toledo and she received her Post Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner in 2011 from Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Tammy has extensive nursing experience in the fields of Emergency Medicine and general medicine. She brings all of these to the Nephrology practice at Blanchard Nephrology.
